Purnoghor is a multi-vendor e-commerce platform where:

• Various sellers (vendors) can list and sell their products
• Customers can browse, order, and purchase products
• Guest checkout is available without requiring registration
• The mobile app is a WebView-based application with push notification support

2 Account & Registration

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show suspicious or fraudulent activity

3 Products & Pricing

• Product prices, descriptions, and images are provided by the respective sellers (vendors)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Actual product colors and sizes may vary slightly from images
• Stock is limited and product availability cannot always be guaranteed

4 Orders & Delivery

• The delivery process begins after order confirmation
• Delivery time depends on the delivery area and product availability
• Delivery charges may apply based on order value and delivery area
• Purnoghor is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer

5 Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and/or online payment methods
• Secure payment gateways are used for online transactions

6 Returns & Refunds

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us for a return

• However, we act as a mediator to help resolve any disputes between buyers and sellers

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating accounts with false or misleading information
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Placing fraudulent or deceptive orders
• Listing or selling illegal products (for sellers)

9 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and trademarks on the Purnoghor website and app are the property of Purnoghor. Unauthorized copying, modification, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Purnoghor provides its platform on an "as is" basis
• We are not liable for service disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or third-party service failures
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law
